The Ngatimanawa Incorporation was established by order of the Maori Land Court on 18th May 1972 when the Maori Freehold land known as Ngatimanawa B4 was created a body corporate under the name Proprietors of Ngatimanawa. The Incorporation operates through a committee of management comprising 7 persons elected by the shareholders under powers contained in Part 13 of Te Ture Whenua Act 1993.
The Incorporation lands comprise 1210.4821 hectares located near Murupara Township operating as a Dairy Farm and leased Forestry.
